Iveta Jurik (b. Jurikova) is a Czech-American artist known for emotionally layered abstract paintings housed in thoughtfully curated vintage frames. Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Iveta was surrounded by creativity from an early age. Her father, a painter and photographer, introduced her to visual storytelling and a love of culture, while her mother—a professional chef—taught her the art of care, discipline, and working with her hands. Both influences continue to shape her intuitive, tactile approach to art.

Though she once dreamed of attending art school, her path took a different shape: first through the study of psychology, later through a career in marketing, and ultimately into motherhood. It was during this quieter chapter that she rediscovered her creative voice—first through photography, then through painting, where she found her true artistic language.
